Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on tattoo aftercare products once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@luckypawtattoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective product
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final and non-refundable. This includes orders placed through the wholesale portal and manual orders arranged with our team. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, contact us within 7 days at support@luckypawtattoo.com with your order details and a photo. We will arrange a correction at no cost to you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
